The actual provision of services — media management, strategy, optimization, websites and landing pages — is governed by a separate written agreement between the client and 4Action Media. In case of conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site and its content — text, design, logo, code, animations and images — are reserved to 4Action Media or the relevant rights holders. Copying, reproducing, distributing or making commercial use of the content without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Permitted use

You may not use the Site in a way that could harm it, its operation or other users, including intrusion attempts, automated or misleading submissions, or using Site content for model training or data harvesting.

7. Links and third-party services
